VISION

Maximizing local church ministry

MISSION

A catalyst for advancing local congregations into life-giving

CORE BELIEF

It is God’s will for every local church to bring life-giving ministry to their community in a meaningful and effective manner. It is God’s will for every local church to reach new people with the Gospel of salvation and to make new disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ.

CONCEPT

Come alongside a plateaued or declining church to help them revitalize life-giving ministry. The pastoral team and leadership team of that church will be led in evaluation, discovery, and the development of systems and structures that will bring fresh vision, renewed spirit, and life-giving ministry. This will enable the congregation to be more effective in reaching their community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

OBJECTIVE

#1 Assist the local church pastor in discovering fresh vision, renewed mission, and develop new skills in building and leading ministry teams that are effective in reaching their community with life-giving ministry.

#2 Assist the local church leadership team in developing ministry skills, ministry systems and structures, that will make them more effective in fulfilling the vision and mission of their church and reach their community with life-giving ministry.

#3 Assist the local church in developing a vibrant and effective ministry that will reach the next generation and lead them to be strong disciples of Jesus Christ.
